Amazing little find near downtown Macon. The owners are a delightful couple who make you feel at home. The best part is the decor with lovely little touches. We ordered the veggie and the shrimp. Both were huge portions filled with all kinds of stuff including generous portions of veggies or meat and cheese. The only improvement I would recommend is to also offer a range of sauces and chilly flakes to allow guests to increase the spice levels.

Y'all, this is THE lunch spot in Macon. First, the owners are so sweet and patient. They took plenty of time explaining their most popular potato items! You can feel the love they have for the community and their business in every word of conversation with them. Secondly, the amount of food you get for the price is exceptional! It's all so fresh tasting and of good quality. The Philly Cheesesteak is phenomenal. They also have a drive-thru!! Well done, Potato Factory! You're my new favorite lunch spot!!

Loved it! Biggest potato I've ever seen. I got the meat lovers and it was absolutely loaded with chicken, steak, and bacon along with a ton of cheese. So delicious. My husband got the Thanksgiving combo potato and it was somehow even better. Loaded with turkey, dressing, and cranberry sauce on the side. Definitely can't wait to come back and try the other options. And don't forget to try the cake and lemonade! Mango lemonade was the best.

Great idea for an eatery and what a great place it is. Wife and I went to try it out, and glad we did. The minute we walked in we were greeted by the owner and his staff. If you love a great baked potato, this is the place. First, the potatoes are enormous, cooked perfectly, and the seasoning is spot on. They have a huge selection of already thought of potatoes topping to pick from on the wall as well as a build your own option. We both went with the chopped corned beef and shredded cheddar cheese, and it was amazing. Corned beef was very very tender and flavorful, great topping for a potato. So if you’re looking for a unique place to try, highly recommend this place food, atmosphere, and staff are all outstanding. I’m already in the mood to go back and try a different combination.

Delicious buttery baked potatoes topped with anything you can imagine! I had a broccoli chicken and cheese and my husband had the chili cheese. Both were huge and they were so good! They don't scrimp on that cheese either! Cheddar and Mozzarella I believe, it has good cheese pull. We'll be back! Came through here after a doc appt on my way back to work. Got the bacon cheddar. When I got back to work I realized I had bag salad there that would go bad if I didn't eat it, so I put up the potato and ate it the next day. Just nuked it for 2 minutes and it was great. Garlic & Parm with chicken! Meat lovers!

The place was super clean and the staff was amazingly friendly . They were patient and took. The time to go over the menu with us. Granted it’s a little pricey but I must say it was money well spent. The amount of food is amazing. This is enough to feed you for the whole day. I got the pulled pork potato. It did not disappoint. Im glad I came across this place. It’s a must visit if you’re in the downtown area of Macon! Highly recommended

Great fast food option. It was fast and it was real food (unlike some chain restaurants). The service was fantastic which results in the 5 star review. Also, a generous portion of food. Note single cup coffee maker in photo for reference.
